We have two double en suite rooms, with lovely comfy beds, pleasing decor, showers with water pressure to die for, t.v's with dvd players, wireless internet use and access to tea and coffee facilities.
There is a drying room for any wet clothing and walking boots, facilities for washing out of wetsuits and hanging space, and room to put surf boards and push bikes in our locked garage.

Bedroom One has an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and lavatory.
Bedroom Two has a dedicated bathroom situated next to the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and lavatory.
Unfortunately we cannot cater for children or guests pets - however, we will endevour to make your stay as peaceful and restfull as possible. |

There is use of our garden , complete with decked area, with beautiful views over the open fields to the rear of the property, our lovely four chickens to amuse you and two Springer Spaniel dogs to fuss with.
Or maybe you will just enjoy sitting quietly with a book enjoying the peace and quiet. |
| So following a good nights sleep, wake up to a bountifull breakfast taken in our kitchen/dinning area which has glass patio doors looking out onto the garden and fields. There will be the choice of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt, toast, a big cooked breakie, and as much tea and coffee as you can consume. (The eggs from our own chooks). There are vegetarian options but advanced warning would be appreciated to advise on choices. |

Tariff:
We are open all year and can reduce our tarriff if you wish to stay longer than two nights.
We have no hard and fast rules on arrival and departure times and attempt to accomodate your needs.
Our weekend rate is £70 per room (minimum of two nights), with a reduced rate of £60 per room during the week days. |
